The organization's greatest strength lies in its visionary leadership under Mr. Zafar Iqbal Siddiqi, a highly respected former senior government officer with more than 48 years of national and international experience in managing and implementing large-scale ICT, banking, taxation, and institutional reform projects.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully led several prestigious World Bank-funded reform and technology initiatives across multiple countries and government institutions, including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Pakistan, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Bangladesh Bank, and Registration General Department (RGD).
